Every step felt very personalized. She spent time talking with me about design, going over the band and wild rags she has available, types of flourishes and bead we could add, etc. She even messaged progress pics and we would pivot and change based on my wants. And the end product is just lovely. I couldn’t be happier and have gotten so many compliments on both!! Looking forward to more!
